what would make the wire going from the starter relay to the starter solenoid to get hot when starting my ford?

I replaced the starter in my ’94 Ford Ranger. I reconnected all the wires and now the wire from the starter solenoid and the starter relay on the fender is getting hot. what would cause this problem?

take the starter back, its no good.

Singer Steph Jones has them and since I saw them, I wanted ‘em… even though I’m not quite sure what to call them lol. BTW, II’m a 15 year old black male with about 2 inches of hair (if I was to pull my typical curly hair and measure it straightened) so I know I need to grow my hair more. I’m just interested in finding out what hairstyle this is now though. AND how I would go about getting it done on me…

You can just twist them yourself, with gel, wax or just with nothing. And continue twisting them everyday. Wear a silk scarf to sleep, or any scarf, as long as it doesnt hook your hair while you sleep. Or you could go to a salon.

What honda starter years can fit in a d15b?

eed to replace a sohc d15b car starter. i need help from what year to what year starter i can put in a d15b motor. the car is 1998 civic but has a 95 motor since it was swapped. and i wanted to know if i can put a vtec starter in a non vtec motor.

I think the starter motors are pretty standard if you ask me.

I traded Derrick Lee for Brandon Phillips. I’m also thinking about dropping Linecum for Huston Street, as Street is gonna be in the bullpen next Monday. He should do well after a few appearances.

Your bench has too many position players. They get you no points while on the bench. Pick up more relief pitchers (including middle relief). They will get you points when your starting pitchers are not playing that day.

I see you were smart enough to grab Hunter Pence, good job. Get a set lineup that has everyday players (those on pace for 150+ games this year). Set the lineup and leave it alone. Those extra pitchers will score much more for you with an occasional win or save and enough strikeouts to make a real difference in the standings. Look for Huston Street as you mentioned or Aaron Heilman, Rudy Seanez and Shields of the Angels.

You strengthened second base getting Phillips; put him at second and leave him there. I see Carlos Pena as your Utility and Garret Atkins at third base. Pick one of them to start and place Ryan Braun in the other slot. There is no team in Yahoo that is so strong Braun should be on the bench.

You have two multi-positional players on your roster, DeRosa and Blake. Keep one of them (I like Blake). Drop the other for better hitting outfielder; you might use that roster slot for picking up the most recent hot hitter. There must be a bigger hitter out there to use everyday instead of Blake in the outfield. Kelly Johnson has no business being on the roster as a third-string second baseman; he just does not hit enough. Drop Johnson and get another pitcher.

I do not see anyone on your team that is currently on the Disabled List. When you make these changes, grab someone that will come back to play this year. This is one way to control one more player. Check to see if Josh Hamilton is available; some leagues also had silly managers that cut Miguel Tejada. Just make sure that you have someone on the DL if only to stop someone else from having them.

I have been very successful in this manner. You will find that you also stay more sane by having the set roster and not worrying about who to pick each day.

To recap:
-Set a lineup and leave it alone.
-Look for a bigger hitter in the outfield.
-Drop excess baggage (Pena, Johnson, DeRosa/Blake)
-Pick up more pitchers (Street, Shields, Heilman, Seanez)

operating instructions for 15hp evinrude?

hi, i just bought a 76 15 hp evinrude and i would like to get the operating manual for it or advice on rich/lean adjustment on the front of the cowling

My 60 hp Mercury 4-stroke has an oil leak-where is it coming from and what will it take to fix it?

I removed the cowling and the side plates that cover the foot, and where the powerhead is attached to the foot, there is oil building up under the bottom of the powerhead- I could see no leak where it is draining down from the powerhead, only a buildup of oil around the bottom of the powerhead. First 4-stroke and I’m not sure what I’m dealing with here. Any and all help will be appreaciated. Thanks!

Its really possible that oil is residue from sloppy oil changes. Those mid-sized mercs are a bitch to keep clean when removing the filter, and ive done thousands! The only other place oil can come from is the cam cover(not likely) or the base gasket( more likely). Do a super clean on the engine, keep a eye on the oil level, run the boat, pull the lower cowls off and see what you can see. I presume your motor has a guardian alarm, or smartcraft, listen for the alarm! Good luck.
